English Activity Rooms of the Mahanama Vidyalaya...

	English Activity Room In order to familiar with proverbs, sayings, thoughts and new words there has been a programme where students could actively participate by reading them on the notice board and taking them down and maintain a book which is subjected to assess by the class teachers constantly. Competitions of different types such as quiz competitions, nomenclature of the school, English Week, morning speeches, news reading by the audio unit, spelling B contest, special programme for slow learners, school layout sign board, self learning programme for non English teachers, form filling, vocabulary guide, morning announcement programme, special programme for O/L students are some of the on going intra school programmes at present. Spelling B contest, quiz contest, English camp, O/L and A/L seminars are some of the inter school programme we have done. We also help other schools in establishing Activity Rooms by giving them necessary guidance. The assistance given to us by the Principal, English teachers and non English teachers should be highly appreciated.
